I came to their facility sometime last May. Funny part is that I could not get through their show room in the warehouse without watching my step. This is what I found:

• They had cigarette buds on the floor in the entrance of each door.
• Mopeds and dirt bikes being repaired had gas in them.
• Parts were all over the floor including screws.
• Many oil spills in various areas of their warehouse.
• The mopeds were not properly secured in the showroom for customers.

After finally being able to get into their warehouse, my wife sat on one of their motorcycles to try it out. As she got up, the motorcycle fell on her leg, she injured. I asked one of the persons to help my wife and they did. Several weeks later, i filed a complaint with the Department of Justice and all they can say is that they were sorry.

She did not get injured seriously but, it was bad enough that they had a bunch of parts on the floor, gas in the motorcycles in the warehouse, oil spills which i could have fallen and hurt myself.

It is obvious OSHA and the Fire Department is not aware of the way that their company is set up with all the parts on the floor, oil spills everywhere and Cigarette buds as a clear indication that people smoke in the warehouse.

I finally bought a moped and the carburetor turned out to be defective. I took it to get it repaired not 2 times but times. I insisted in returning the moped and they told me I had to pay them the restocking fees 30% and the handling costs for returns.

I left the moped with them and filed a charge back with my credit card. After 30 days, I got my full refund. It has been an absolute nightmare. If you are looking into buying from this company think about it.

You are in for the headache of your life. They should shut down this company for the fraudulent ways in which they conduct business.

Also, while there, there was a pregnant woman in their office which indicates that this company is obviously not worried about the safety of its employees having parts on the floor and oil spills that no one took the time to clean. I also went into their bathroom. Completely hideous no toilet paper in the stalls and roaches on the floor another clean indication that they do not clean.

If you are reading this post, i urge you to contact their local OSHA department and fire department for the unsafe ways that they conduct business. I have complained but nothing has been done so far. They continue to do business the way they are and consumers should be aware before they waste their money.
